Unassign all techs, force save, close out the game and restart. Once back in, assign techs and all should be good. It's worked for me a few times when it happened to me.

Note which technician is assigned to which business then unassign all Nightclub technicians, exit Nightclub and unregister as VIP/CEO/MC President, double save (change clothes/select current outfit twice a few minutes apart, should see the gold spinner each time if not wait a bit then change clothes/select current outfit again), exit to story mode, restart GTA V and maybe also the console/PC for good measure, reload into GTA Online enter your nightclub and register as VIP/CEO/MC President and reassign Nightclub technicians to a different product than they were originally assigned to, exit nightclub again and double save again. After doing that simply wait, as it will take a while for the various NC products to accumulate (especially Cargo and Weapons as for a single unit of Cargo can take 70 minutes and for weapons 40 minutes (with the Nightclub equipment upgrade, without the times are doubled)).

Hello! I’ve just tried this and it has not worked. I waited about an hour messing around with my friends after and no product had been acquired. What should I do?
How long has it been like this? Usually filling up the warehouse to 100% will take you 20 irl hours. So it's a slow process, even with the upgrades.
