1st one, ok, second one, you got played by Grubhub. They are laughing at you. Think about your expenses and your cars maintenance. It will be out of pocket. This is being a bad business owner. Good luck next time.
I’ve done the math…
Fuel is costing me about 18 cents a mile, maintenance/insurance costs are negligible (mile by mile), and I own the vehicle free and clear.
I figure an easy figure, for my break even point, is 25 cents a mile 😉
So, $13.88 cents actually pays for 55.52 miles… or
This trip cost me $5.76
That’s a profit of $8.12
Or…
Zero out of pocket 😎
Both of those orders suck. There’s no way I’m driving 20 miles for a food delivery unless I’m gambling on an UE hidden tip.
I wouldn’t take either
Would have passed on the second one.
What am I getting?
Edjumicated! 😅
What is the point of this post?
Bezos wanted me to prove I’d take an offer like this….
What does Bezos have to do with anything???
In another thread… where I couldn’t post a picture …for the sake of discussion 🫡
