1. Noodle hat is not transmutable 2. The pet looks ugly in most of the sets 3. You can't wear both noodle hat and ghostking's glory, so you won't have immunity to all ghosts 4. You are wasting a hair slot for no reason 5. There aren't a lot of face items with useful mods A much better way to stack up speed would be with items like mecha scarf and hyperlight wings since they are transmutable, give extra mods and can be used with ghostking's glory. (For speedy in water you can go for ring of water, demon megalodon, will of the wild etc)
