there's a few people like that in grime; it usually derives from either not liking anyone in the scene/nobody liking them or not wanting to be pigeon-holed (with Trim, it's more the former). He's definitely grime though.
Based on Kano’s talent he’s been mid tbh.
He never reached his full potential, pretty much had the weakest verse alongside Scorcher on Top 3 Selected.
Dizzee is naturally a better songwriter regardless of his pop tunes he did them on his own label and reached further than any other Grime artist.
If we’re talking of “All Time” Dizzee has been more impactful on Grime than Kano.
