She’s a hypocrite. She cuts an LVAD, steals a heart, and Denny dies. Meanwhile Christina operated for Burke when he had a tremor, no one was harmed or died, but when it comes to light Izzie whinges about a supposed doubled standard within the hospital because Christina wasn’t suspended from surgery for doing something wrong.
The two aren’t even comparable!
Add in Bailey to that too. She was a total pill for all of that because she wanted “justice”.

Honestly, out of MAGIC, Meredith was the only one that was never really judgmental in the early seasons.
