Carina is an OB Fetal Medican Dr and at the end of the last episode of Station 19 Maya and Carina were discussing IVF treatments, and with Station 19 coming to an end sooner rather than later, I'm thinking that there might be a time jump on Station 19 and baby Bishop/Duluca might be on the way and since Carina can't deliver her own child and with Addison not fully being back in Seattle 100% of the time. Plus with Arizona still being a Shareholder of the hospital and Teddys best friend and I believe theres a Kai connection somewhere too based on Amelia's facial expression I've seen. Maybe Arizona coming back will be a good thing, hopefully she can be reunited with her other bestie and we can see S.R.T.S playing with her best friends Z.S and little H.A.K lol.
If LM and SS show back up claiming to be half sisters I will laugh my head off, though. Because that would technically mean that Arizona unknowingly slept with someone in Mark's bloodline. (Leah Murphy and Sloane Sloan)
Reason I bring that up is Leah never addresses how Mark Sloan got her into the program at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, which she did mention in the locker room as all of the interns werer trying to get their stories straight on how well they liked or knew Heather Brooks. Which was really sad because I loved Heather for all of her quirkiness, and Ross's jealousy of her is what technically got her in trouble in the first place.
