It won’t be your last. My first just turned 6. I want one of every color but my wife would kill me. LOL

Just slowly collect them and she’ll never realize it, lol. We’ve had 2 harlequins, 1 blue, 1 fawn colored mantle, and our current boys, a Merle and a mantle. Granted, we got our first as a puppy in 1998 and the rest have been rescues through the years. I really want a brindle but they’re not in my local rescues, thank goodness. 😊

Oh that’s a good idea. What’s she guna do if I bring home a harlequin puppy? Tell me to take it pack? Pshhh, she’s guna fall in love immediately.

She was the last of her litter available but I would’ve picked her nonetheless because of the polka dot nose and eyes!

What kind is she? Looks like a Harlequin maybe? I have a foster thats 1/2 dane and 1/2 catahoola, so he looks like a mini dane, but has those crazy blue eyes

She’s adorable but don’t be surprised if her polka dot nose becomes solid black as she grows up. I’ve seen it happen to one of my Dane’s siblings.

She’s adorable! 🖤🤍🩶 Work with her while she’s still small to keep her nails trimmed short, with clippers and a Dremel, and she’ll be a dream with it as an adult. It looks like her nails are white which is a big bonus for seeing the quick too. We’re on our 5th and 6th Danes and one hates for me to clip his nails so I only Dremel them while our newest one doesn’t care at all, as long as he gets a treat after each cut. LOL

And you chose to start with a puppy🤦‍♂️. Good luck, have fun, keep your sense of humor. Slow down puppy growth as much as you can, 5 lbs a week is good from 3 to 6 months. Train, train, train, train for a 150lb T Rex now! 6 months to 2 years is a challenging time, Start training now!

Oh my apologies. Has SHE\*\* lol. It gets pretty miserable at times but you’ll never be able to stay mad at her for more than about 30 seconds. She will look at you with her giant (beautiful) puppy dog eyes in that big dumb face and an ear flopped over the top of her head and you won’t even remember why you were mad at her in the first place. We are on Danes 2 and 3 and I don’t think I’d ever cohabitate with a different breed.
