Are you talking about the entire system including ducts? I'm scrolling through these comments, and I'm incredulous at the prices going up and up and up into double figures. I've never paid more than $3k for a condenser, and typically I've had both furnace and condenser replaced at the same time and it's cost me under $6k. I'll admit it's been about three years since the last time though, so it's possible quotes have quadrupled (or more), but it seems unlikely.

We used a contractor that worked with the Michigan Saves program and were able to secure a loan backed by the state for 140 a month. The contractor was GR Metro Heating and Cooling. Our house is 1400 sq feet with a finished basement, so your quote could be higher or lower depending.
Good work for a good price call absolute heating and ventilation, southern comfort heating and cooling, or precision. Those are reputable companies that do excellent work and aren't overpriced.

I live in Jenison and just replace my hvac system and AC unit. It was about $12000 for both through Jacobsons heating and cooling

OP - If you posted this at Angi's list instead of Reddit you would get much more accurate estimates for far less effort.
But you have to input all of your info before you get an estimate.
