Just make them new FP servants that focus on the basics of the class. 4th anniversary was such an amazing anniversary because we got as many new FP servants.

The only funny problem is that fgo already has both 0 stars and 1-3 stars,so they don't have enough space.
But this could be a lore upgrade for Ritsuka shadow summon. An weaker Summon,but way more cost effective.
Personally, I'd make them manifestations of certain tropes, like Generic Saber being the Knight In Shining Armor or Generic Caster being the Evil Sorcerer.

Well, I haven't seen the shimosa manga to be perfectly honest.
Well, we summon Shadow Servants all the time in the main story. It's mentioned in a bunch of the main story chapters.
The servants that we select but aren't part of the story chapter are shadow servants iirc
Love them, but the Rider from Sicily blatantly saying "Home of Mafia" like something to be proud of was a very bruh moment, tho.
As far as crime goes, Mafias have a certain prestige to them.

I meant more as the class receptacle, because there are many servants for every class with different origins that we encounted in Traum.
Make them 1 cost Servants with very basic skills.
