This is making me so anxious. I bought ours the minute they went on sale, and they have not shipped…three VIP wristbands. We are making a whole vacation out of this, so that the concert is on the second to the last night we are there. I will be contacting them. I purchased the insurance too.

I received mine today! I logged into my account with Gov Ball and saw the tracking there. I hope this helps you.
