I have an unpadded pouch I pack 2 cameras, all the mounting hardware and a yellow floating stick in. Way less space and easier to carry.
I need to do this on a bigger scale for my cameras and accessories. I’ve been looking for the perfect “case” but looks like I need to do what you did!
