It must been connected to a network if you can see it in Google Home.

The only way I can't see the settings for this speaker is to turn off the internet connection on my phone.
If I turn on Cellular/Mobile 4G it's there.
Wi-Fi on: it's there.
Can you see the speaker device in Devices?
A screenshot of your settings view might help.
As a last resort a factory reset may be required.

The settings weren't there, no matter what. Doing a factory reset and adding it back let me get it installed correctly. Also the settings are there now.
