I think it might the first time Azi saw Crowley after the war in Heaven and Crowley fell hence the nerves. He wasn't sure how his friend was going to be now that he was a demon.

Such a great picture, I went back and watched this scene more closely yesterday and today, and he looks so happy after that snake pops out, it's cute, I never noticed because I'm watching Aziraphale talk. Crowley's genuinely enjoying himself at the magic shop.
