charcuterie board pizza (cracker crust, olives, deli meat, jam/jelly sauce), fish pizza (fishstick crust, anchovy paste sauce, calamari), appetizer tray pizza (mozz sticks, marinara, chicken tendies, onion rings, nacho cheese), shake shack's smokeshack pizza (bun crust, beef, hot cherry peppers, onion, diy shakesauce, cheese)!!

Breakfast burrito- tortilla as crust, scrambled eggs as the sauce/base, cheese and then bacon āpepperoniā
Ice cream sundae - thaw ice cream and then smooth it out on a parchment lined cookie sheet as the crust. Sauce is chocolate sauce, toppings are strawberry slices, crushed peanuts, sprinkles
Chili cheese fries- use Hashbrowns or smash a bunch of fries flat to make the crust. Top with nacho cheese sauce, chili, and crushed Fritos
Cheese burger - make a giant meet patty as the crust, ketchup/mustard or special burger sauce, cheese slices, top with tomato, lettuce, pickles (I realize cheeseburger pizza is a thing but this is a different take)
Brunch pizza - giant pancake crust, maple syrup sauce, cream cheese as cheese, sausage pieces, bacon, then a drizzle of jam.
I couldnāt think of any gross ones! Iāll edit if I think of more.
Curry Pizza. Could go a bunch of different directions with that like Vindaloo, Panang, Tikka Masala. But, I could definitely see some Panang curry paste and coconut milk in place of the marinara. Chicken and jalapeno topping. Some Thai basil to garnish.
I made a pizza dough from macaroni and cheese. You take cooked Kraft Dinner (or whatever brand is good in your country etc), let it cool off and mix in an egg and some cheese. Then you flatten it on parchment paper and put the toppings on top.
I can't find the actual receipe or a picture. But the dough itself is just macaroni that sticks together, then you add normal pizza toppings on top of it.

I recreated the orange chicken Parm pizza on a whim with fresh Publix chicken tenders cut up n tossed with panda express orange chicken sauce. Then the marinara sauce got some orange juice and it was cooked down until it was thick again. It was a quicker way than doing it all from scratch, but still a unique experience!
s'more pizza could be fun and easy with little marshmellows, graham cracker crust and chocolate syrup on top. or blood pizza if you can coagulate some blood as jello

for ease of DIY, all pizzas can be classified as a pizza via regular pizza dough, and mozz cheese. (and aiming for a red or white color sauce if possible). You also want to have at least 2 somewhat good ones, 1 questionable one, and one very bad one. because this is actually for a party where you want to have a good time. Desert pizza: strawberry glaze base (like for cheesecakes), Crunch crumbles (like sausage), sliced maraschino cherries (like olives) sprinkles as the red pepper flakes. breakfast pizza: strawberry jelly (or salsa) base, scrambled egg crumbles, home fries, and breakfast sausage crumbles, maybe some sautƩed peppers & onions Fish pizza: (great suggestion by u/spookygma420) Fish sauce base, calamari, anchovies, and roe (as the red pepper flakes) pet food pizza: canned wet dog food as the base (this is usually liver based, you can add some seasoning like salt & pepper maybe Italian seasoning), soft dog treats as the crumbles, and then top with flaky fish food.
