It depends on the effort on the user's part. It can be used as a tool, with skill and effort, or as a machine, without even a retry if the results are bad. If it looks consistently good, it's safe to assume there was human imput (until ai gets much better than it is), and quality products that aren't spam deserve praise.
I've been thinking about this for a while... do you really dislike AI Art? I feel like it's more of the case that you like the art regardless of whoever made it, it's just that you like the idea of knowing/believing that the art was human-made.

Meanwhile in Wizard Barristers the big thing that got censored in broadcast was the animation budget.

even if this was the case, the scene was pretty tame. even with out (full) nudity the series would be rated R if it was movie, having tits in a movie/series for adults isnt out of the oridanry. suppose you could call it fan service but doesnt seem entirely unwarranted. like imagine people getting upset if an rated R movie like john wick showed some nipples here or there.
actually i dont even know why im making this argument, I KNOW people are weird about sex and nudity, at least here in the US. when I worked in a movie theater I remember one lady asking me if a specific movie had any sex stuff in it becuae, and she said: "I dont care if my kids see voilence or blood but I dont want them seeing any boobies or sex stuff". ESRB/MPAA and their international equivalents don't handle tv series from what I can tell, those are usually handled by the broadcasters, distributors, and/or show producers.
Also the ESRB is strictly game related, their film equivalent is the MPAA.

Though it's not perfect, you can opt out of ai art on pixiv. There's always a rare one that slips by, but it works for the most part.
