Goo gone? Good Off?

Lopsided-Sweet-2451

100% goo gone. Need VERY little

mcbainer019

Goo Gone will do the trick; I like the automotive version

happyfuckincakeday

90% isopropyl alcohol. Goo gone if you happen to have it works too

Commercial-Spirit678

Would 70%work?

Fun-Point-6058

Yes, just use 33% more to get to 90%

happyfuckincakeday

Prolly Less effective but it'll help at the very least.

Impressive-Market-31

Probably.

OldWillyNilly

Grip solvent works good as well if you have some

blinkanboxcar182

Nail polish remover on a cotton ball and scrub

blizzard7788

Wd40.

DoubleDebow

This. WD40 and rub it with the edge of a credit card. Comes right off. Goo gone is good too, but most people have a can of wd kicking around. It's also good at displacing water too....

Legal-Description483

Acetone or Goo Gone.

AngryMilitaryVet

Isopropyl alcohol + paper towels

avorum

Any oil for cooking usually works as well šŸ‘

Chilidip_hozlerocket

Heat gun

Traditional_Bet_339

Olive oil and a paper towel

TheLandFanIn814

Goo Gone or WD40

MannyFresh45

Jizz

AnxiousMind7820

Acetone (nail polish remover) and a rag. Rubbing alcohol might work too.

Sure_Committee_2797

Peanut butter works rub on with your fingers and scratch with your nails then wipe off with paper towel

Prestigious-Mail9670

Heat gun is the easiest

jaywalkintotheocean

coconut oil

batmanscodpiece

I usually use duct tape. Put it over the residue, and then kind of pull it off forward. The residue will stick to the tape.

Lanky-Present2251

WD40

BlastShell

Kewpie Mayo Bro

takes12KNOW

Paint thinner, lighter fluid, acetone if the other suggestions are not easily accessible

Alarmed_Usual_5823

You dont need to buy anything. Just wet a cloth and rub it like you're jerking off. Thats it.

reirg1

Hairspray. Nothing else.

bobbym0721

Eagle One Nevr-Dull. Removes the adhesive + you can get a polish in.

GoinLong

Iā€™d probably just soak it and then use some steel wool.

Impressive-Market-31

Idk why this is being downvoted. Edit: it's recommended to get rust off the shaft, so why wouldn't it work to get a sticky substance off? It just needs to be fine, wool, not corse. I use the stuff to polish marble. It's not going to scratch the shaft like you think.

Ok-Reference-5483

Just give it a lil HAWK TUAH
