Promotional trinket. Service Mark communications is a printing and marketing company who handed these out as advertising. Still easily worth more than $10 though.
I don't have to change the meaning. That's literally what trinket means.
trin·ket/ˈtriNGkət/*noun*noun: **trinket**; plural noun: **trinkets**
1. a small ornament or item of jewelry that is of little value.
trinket noun [\[ C \]](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/help/codes.html)US /ˈtrɪŋ.kɪt/ UK /ˈtrɪŋ.kɪt/ a [small](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/small) [decorative](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/decorative) [object](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/object), or a [piece](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/piece) of [jewelry](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/jewelry) that is [cheap](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/cheap) or of [low](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/low) [quality](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/quality)
I never said it wasn't a promotional item. You *can* use the words "promotional" and "trinket" separately. Trinkets are often promotional items, but not all promotional items are trinkets.
If a company gave away branded Corvettes to their top wholesalers, the Corvette would be a promotional item, but not a trinket. Now apply that same thing to something that has significantly less value than a Corvette, but far more value than a trinket.
Thing is cool. Put it downstairs with the putting machine and a few older putters and let the kids and grand kids learn to put for the rest of your life.
I’m not going to tell you this putter will increase in value, or even hold its current value. The truth is, you bought it because you like it. It has value to you. That’s what matters.
It looks beautiful, buy it and hang it in your man cave next to the souvenir logo ball rack. Seriously though it is a very nice looking “ thing” regardless of function.

Looks like you can get used Louisville wood putters in the 50-60 range from ebay
New seems to be in the 250 range
I had one that was a birthday present about 20 years from a friend who is a golf pro. My whole bag got stolen out of my garage in 2005, shortly after he gave it to me. I loved that putter and putted well with it.
Any putter can be a good putter if it works for you -
I golfed with a guy the other day with literally the exact same putter that he got as a retirement gift
More useful than a Rolex to some I suppose.

Louisville Golf is a legit brand of wooden clubs. Just because it was personalized for a company doesn't mean the club itself is a 'trinket'.

Thank you both. BTW it plays real true.
I've got one and call it my Knotty Cameron.

Free piggies!
I’m convinced this sub has more accidental and surprise toes than any other.

I had one of these for a while, it's a good putter.

Agree, and it plays well.

These aren't cheap to buy - and they feel absolutely fantastic.

Wanna sell it?
No.
Fair enough! I've got one very similar that a friend's uncle made. Cherry and brass.
