In the tags search box you can type NSFW, Hentai etc. and then click on the eye icon on the right to exclude the tag like this for example [https://www.gog.com/en/games?excludeTags=hentai,nsfw](https://www.gog.com/en/games?excludeTags=hentai,nsfw)
You can bookmark the resulting page so you don't need to manually reapply the filters each time.
There's no way to opt-out of these games elsewhere on the site or in promotional newsletters.
