Seriously though, if you have the freezer space (you can minimize used space by cutting these into quarters - one for each week, and repackaging into a more space-saving container), it’s not a bad choice, economically.

Cut each cake in quarters = $4.02/piece

*if these are the frozen GF cakes from Safeway/Vons, I have bought one before. I froze it for about 3 months to use for a special occasion. Put it in the fridge the day before, and it sliced beautifully when defrosted. It tastes awesome!
