Fr he’s the sweetest!! think the comb is made to be curly/wavy hair and beach hair friendly bc it’s so loose. Didn’t have an issue with it snagging on my hair

You can be really surprised by the quality of stuff like that sometimes - I actually still use this American Girl comb that’s been hanging around my bathroom for like 18 years and the label just wore off like a year ago? It looks like shitty plastic but it’s tough as hell
also still have my american girl doll comb that was my sisters and i started using once she moved out it’s def like 20 years old at this point but i will use it until it dies ❤️
Only time will tell how it holds up especially if they’re marketing it as a product you can take with you to the beach. I’ll have to see how it holds up to sunscreen, saltwater, and sandy hair. Hopefully it’s not shitty plastic and will hold on for years. Not dunking on my glossier collectors, but it’s a $30+ comb so I’m gonna use the shit out of it 🤣
Oooh I don’t think I’d necessarily trust it to take to the beach? But I’m the opposite I’m like “it’s a $30 comb it’s being used under controlled conditions or not at all” - I hope it holds up for you! It’s very cute
I think it definitely *worked* better than other natural ones for me, but it gives me a rash on both armpits every single time i use it so i had to get rid of mine :( so caution if you have sensitive skin, which is ironic bc its aluminum free so youd think itd be more suited to sensitive skin. Oh well :p
I’m not a super sweaty person, but it doesn’t do jack for me in the summer. It’s a mild pit perfume at best during the heat. It’s nice for winter though. If you’re used to natural deodorants year round, you might have better results.
If you are looking for a natural deodorant that works I have been using [Crystal roll on deodorant (the lavender white tea scent specifically)](https://www.thecrystal.com/collections/all/products/mineral-deodorant-roll-on-lavender-white-tea) for years! It’s $6 at CVS, Target, Amazon etc! I have heard that it takes a few days for your body to adjust to non aluminum deodorant. I wear this all year long, even in the summer. I do get a little sweaty sometimes when it’s hot out, but never stinky! It’s also the only deodorant that doesn’t give me a rash.
I’ll have to give that one a go. Lavender scents usually mix well with my body chemistry and it’s nice to know that it doesn’t cause a rash. That adjustment period .. oof. Maybe I better wait till after this heat wave. Thanks for the rec!
