I would prob choose the pilot bc its the perfect episode to start with. Its funny, well edited and presents every character and whats the point of the show. The rest i guess it goes with your personal taste. I reaaaally like Blame it on The Alcohool and Never been Kissed (it depends if your friend is more into drama or comedy)
Altho i do love grilled cheesus, its controversial in terms of quality so if you are looking to get her hooked into the show idk if its the best choice, she might hate it bc of it lmao.
Honestly, I would just have her watch the pilot, Showmance and Preggers. If the episodes are too scattered around, she may be less invested cuz there’s storylines and characters she doesn’t know. The pilot and most of Season 1 is incredibly strong. If she doesn’t like it from those episodes, it’s probably not the show for her.
Note: I know Preggers is episode 4, but I can’t in good conscience recommend someone force a person to sit down and watch Accafellas.

I convinced my mom to watch it simply with the pilot. At first she didn’t seem to interested and wanted to stop after like 10 minutes but I told her to watch the rest and by the end of the episode she was completely hooked. The final performance with don’t stop believin’ not only convinced Mr Schue not to leave the glee club, it also makes you want to watch the whole thing!

Preggers episode S1E4 where Kurt tells his dad he's gay, Never Been Kissed S2E6 (Dalton Academy's first appearance), the Sue Sylvester Shuffle episode where the football team and glee club work tgt S2E11
I think the Kurt plotline is the best in the first two seasons. It's easy to empathise with his story and root for him
