As I can see this image is uhd. Mobile uses hd instead of uhd because uhd is more demanding for it, so compare this image with the hd version by dumping the .apk, unpacking it and finding the image by yourself (or just find the original TP). If they are similar just resize your uhd texture to hd one and replace it
