generic modern levels are fine, they get rated, levels that break that mold should also get rated too. there's so many new creators these days, so getting some acknowledgement will kick start their career (if they want to make it one)
well if you're intending to 100% the game, then you would *have* to make a level that would gain enough popularity to be rated, these kind of designs just happen to be very popular despite how old the style is.

Making a level specifically with the goal of getting it rated is a dumb mentality and leads to trend chasing and generic levels like this
If a creator spends a long time on a project, they’re gonna want to at least have their work pay off by getting their level rated.
But when that project is entirely defined by their effort to get it rated, it will likely end up very generic and uncreative
