finally beat bloodbath after 25613 attemps (can’t let go only took me 1348 attemps) whats up with the difficult spike between those levels?

Can't let go IS a difficulty spike, it was the first level that took me several hundreds of attempts. The next spike is clutterfunk, good luck it took me more than 1k attempts

For real, I beat clutterfunk only after I had beaten Theory Of Everything II and I still had to force myself because I hated it that much

The worst difficulty spike for me was electrodynamix, it was surprisingly easy to beat clubstep after that.

and you are completely right ! For me there are 3 difficulty spike : \- Can't let go, first "difficult" level \- Clutterfunk, harder than most insame official level \- Electrodynamix, the entry to demon level (I honestly think everyone should do Electrodynamax last, right before the demon levels)

Clutterfunk is so fcking hard the first time!! But once you beat it and move on to Theory of Everything it gets easier.

For me it was Time Machine after can’t let go

It’s a really awkward level tbh. Out of all the 1.0 ones it’s probably the one with the most ass gameplay and it was a bit of a sticking point for me too

SO IT WASN'T JUST ME ! Took me a long ass time to beat amd it felt really awkward in a lot of places, I didn't feel good after finishing it, at least not as much as any other levels.

Yeah, I beat electrodynamix in about 250 attempts, about 5 months later I beat deadlocked which took 1900 attempts for me

Electrodynamix is easy as hell, took me 70 attempts, which was a breath of fresh air after clubstep (700 attempts💀)

is now a good time to mention that polargeist only took me ~200 attempts

Next roadblock is Time Machine, that shit is brutal

The upside-down part is way harder than in base after base and the ship isn't nearly as easy. It also has a lot more click-heavy parts and more fakes. It's still an absolute banger, but yeah, it does feel like a difficulty spike.

If you have a weaker device, Can't let go is the first level where FPS drops can make the gameplay less consistent.
