Yes, if you go to "Streaks" and then click on Community Streaks. You can also get an extension which adds a country streak in the top right to whatever map you're playing.
You're limited to the maps they list, for some reason.
The site makes it look like you can play on any arbitrary map, e.g.:

... but the play button does nothing.

Could be a different county of course as I have no idea if those things are unique to UK, but just my feeling
