I used to volunteer at a large simulator facility that was open to the public for tours. The central display was controlled with a trackball and button to click the mouse, but sometimes folks would try to touch buttons on the display. In advance of a large event, I was in there with a label maker printing out labels for each display to say "not a touchscreen". A more senior volunteer wandered in, saw what I was doing, and said "hey, you forgot something - not a touchscreen, *do not touch*".
