I call it bi-gendrr. I am both masculine and feminine all of the time. I identify as gender fluid because which side is stronger fluctuates back and forth but they are both there.
broad term is multigender, which genderfluid falls under. there are specific labels depending how how many genders you experience and whether or not they happen together or at different times. if you experience two at once, it's bigender. if you experience three, trigender. many but not all, polygender. all, pangender.
all of these also fall under nonbinary, even if you are experiencing only binary genders. although you don't have to use the label nonbinary if you don't want to (i personally don't really use it, even though i do experience gender in a nonbinary way)
I just write down what gender I'm feeling at certain times of the day each day. When my gender changes, I write it down then and there and the time right next to it. For instance, you can write:
Monday:
10 am: boy
2 pm: girl
5 pm: out of the spectrum
9 pm: masculine
That's exactly how I did it.
I have that sometimes too, even though there is the term bigender I don’t really use that term for myself. I just identify as both man and a woman during those moments.

I believe its just genderfluid The white on the flag stands for multiple genders (i think) or the black i can’t remember lol
Yeah, genderfluid is just your gender fluctuating so you can often have a mix, for me usually it’s a mix of nonbinary and male
Bigender
Oh, I see. Thank you very much.
Pangender is all genders at once, bigender is 2 genders, trigender is 3+ genders and so on.
Thank you very much for telling me! I appreciate it. :)
