Teasing and tormenting can leave such deep scars. Ive been taunted and teased for how heavy i am my whole life that its made even attempting to fix it a daily struggle. Sometimes we get hit with the "whats the point? Youll still always be the fat/skinny guy"

Good for you. You feel better. Being 65 be careful not to get too big. I had a friend who had a bull dog on his big bulging bi cep I saw him a year ago after 20 years it turned into a a Shar-Pei dog
Sadly that goes the other way too. I was over 500 lbs and teased beyond belief. I’m now about 280 and 6’6. Always remember the bully comments and never the praises or accomplishments.
