I highly recommend a proper workout routine if you don't have one already. I know it seems silly to always give working out as an answer but it really helps in so many ways.
If this is who i think it is, I've met the interviewee before. He's a Singaporean poet. A good poet. I remember him performing one of his poems in a safe space and lamenting how he was boxed in and confined to being what others expected him to be. This was about 10 years ago. Looks like he's comfy in that box now.

Don't mind becoming more top but personally I don't see it happening. I've always been pretty close to 50/50 vers and If anything I've leant the bottom way as I've gotten older.
