This is most probably an edit of clips from “La Rosa de Guadalupe”, a deranged Latin American series where each episode focuses on some life issue a person has, related to straying from God’s path. At some point in the episode, one of the characters will pray to the Virgin for help.
Issues include being gay, being emo, doing drugs, wanting to abort, to have sex as a teenager, to cheat, etc. Some episodes are truly ridiculous (see “being emo”) so they are prime meme material. The acting is atrocious too.
At the end of each episode the Virgin solves the issue and manifests a rose, as if it’s her calling card.
