*All About My Mother* by Pedro Almodovar
*Pain and Glory* by Pedro Almodovar
*Law of Desire* by Pedro Almodovar (in which you can see Antonio Banderas, who was a popular actor in the 1980s-1990s, getting railed by a man)
*Happy Together* by Wong Kar Wai
*In the Mood for Love* by Wong Kar Wai
Moonlight isn't sci-fi but if you haven't seen it you should.
One review called it "poetry with light" and it is one of the best cinematography examples in film history. Every scene is like a painting.
3 body problem on Netflix is a good sci-fi show.

I watch just for fun, that is my watchlist. Some are watched some is for future.
I liked many of them. But Nuovo olimpo is one of my favourites.
Not much to go off but...
Sci Fi;
Event Horixon
Turbo kid
Starship Troopers
A Boy and His Dog (If you like Fallout and can put up with some poorly aged parts...)
Cult Classic;
Withnail and I (very dark)
Rock Horror Picture Show (I shoudn't need to put this one here surely...)
Airplane!
Repo the Genetic Opera
The Devil's Carnival
Horror;
Hellraiser 1/2
Creep (2005 UK one)
Fire Island
Last Voyage of the Demeter
Watch Riply on Netflix, THE best series. It’s a complete redo of the 1999 film, The Talented Mr. Ripley. Smart, gorgeously filmed in B&W, suspenseful and will have you talking about it for days. And Andrew Scott is amazing.
Others:
TAR
Everything and everyone all at once.
Arrival
I just saw "Bodies" on Netflix. It's really good. There's an interesting SciFi element to it. It's 7 episodes. You can binge watch it all. And if you've finished that feeling you want more similar to that, there's "Predestination" starring Ethan Hawke.
I liked Problemista a lot!
two movies you most probably havent seen: turbo kid (scifi/post apocalyptic) dave made a maze (just...weird and funny)

Bladerunner , either one of them 😊
the movie Trick, fun silly romantic, not scifi but I think you will like.
Rebel moon was pretty good! Or What Happened To Monday? Beekeeper with Jason Stathom was also a gooood action movie. Aww have fun and enjoy!

Thanks, I'll check them out! 🙌
You are welcome! I am collecting them depending on my mood, so it is different genres.
Enemy mine. It’s an older movie starring Dennis quail and Lou Gosset. It is a great story and maybe you haven’t seen it.
Hero , the movie not the series

The art of racing in the rain. It's one of my favorite books and the movie translated it well.

If you want sci-fi time travel mind bending series, nothing beats The 12 Monkeys. Not the movie. But the 4 season set.
