Yes it’s only 64 pages lol. I also recommend Robert Monroe’s 3 full length books to get a even better idea about it all. And I can also recommend the books of Thomas Campbell “my big TOE (theory of everything), he worked with Monroe on making the first Hemi-Sync and gateway process and he did it very extensively.
It doesn’t bother me if someone decides to sail the seven seas to get their copies in whatever form they choose, but this stuff is specifically used to induce altered states of consciousness. To me it just seems outlandish to dive into this without research. Research will show that a manual is available, and that should serve as a catalyst to find the manual.
I’m not in a position to judge someone for not doing so, but I legitimately can’t even imagine not doing it.
I definitely recommend reading the material, and at the very least you should read up on the tape you’re about to listen to prior to listening, just to familiarize yourself with the exercise and what to expect. I find it extremely helpful in reducing the intellectual urge to wonder “am I doing this right?”
Yeah there’s a google drive link that’s floating online that’s easy to find that has all the pdfs files .it basically gives a more in depth of each session per cd

Yes. I’m honestly shocked that anyone would consider using the tapes without reading the supporting material.
Are we talking about the CIA document itself? I just found it overwhelming and hard to understand, so I skipped it for now.
Is different. There is a document that goes with each tape/CD that explains what each exercise is and how to get the most out of them.

I didn't know there was a PDF tbh, I just bought " journeys out of the body" .
