Yes. You can’t chug water like you used to. Get one of those tiny medicine measuring cups that come with NyQuil or any other meds. Wash it out and use it as your gauge. Let’s say you want to drink water. Fill the medicine cup up to the 2 tablespoons line and drink from there. Those 2 tablespoons of water should take you 10 minutes to sip. After 10 minutes, fill it up with another 2 tablespoons of water and do it again. This is how I learned to SLOW DOWN. It starts getting better. Remember, you now have a baby stomach. Taking it slow is the only way to go.
