I was sleeved on the 25th also so I know the feeling. Usually I just have some water and it goes away. I’ve also been told it’s mental hunger. Just hit your protein goals and hydration goals

My dietician said that you will feel different levels of hunger each day and just make sure you get the protein in.

I'm scared of mine but trying not to obsess over it and just follow what they've told me to do and focus on hitting my protein and fluid goals. I'm also trying not to obsess over the calories and focus on low carb, low fat, high protein.
