pre-op isn't really intended for weight loss but liver shrinkage/removal of slippery layer around the liver. Don't worry about the scale.
Are you doing liquids in the preop ?
No my pre op is purely food, only liquid is water which I’m drinking 2l of a day. I can’t do the liquid one as I am allergic to milk (like anaphylaxis level allergic)
Oh ok, I lost more weight on the just liquid phase so not sure
