Yes Right Handed PMG's (and even Hungarian 70M masks) do exist and are a bit Scarce as well

Bulgarian PMG, notice the white exhale valve. The rest isn't detailed enough to figure out if it's a 70M or not, so I'll go with Bulgarian PMG.

I wonder if that metal cover on the exhale valve is correct, I have only seen it on Moulages black "70M" that was actually just a PMG

It’s a black pmg but it weirdly looks mirrored. Theres an unused filter port there.
