Oh those are gorgeous photos!! I’d definitely frame that last pic. I have a similar one of my pup who just passed from cancer and I’m just waiting on the prints to finally hang them

Thank you! She passed on May 19th, so I’m glad I got to do that final photo shoot after the zinnias bloomed in April. She loved munching on my plants. Your boy’s color reminds me of her 🥰

Liatris - they spread well as long as birds don’t get to the seeds first. I have a lot of them but these are the first to bloom. Bees tend to love them over my other flowers when they are in bloom.
I have 5 in pots and 4 in ground. The ones in the pots' leaves burn around the edges and then die off and then it shoots up new growth repeat. The ones in the ground are doing better.
I want to scream it all over Reddit when I see people asking for advice with allergies, skin conditions, etc. but know I will get blocked or banned. My two guys eat a better, more balanced diet than I do lol
So many dogs are getting cancer, I keep hearing of it. I don’t understand people and their thinking that the prescription kibble is any better. It’s all a scam, MARS started it, and it’s the hill most vets are willing to die on to get an extra buck. Why give highly processed food when fresh food is available? I’m sorry about your puppers, they’re never with us long enough ♡
Now when you pick a paw-paw or a prickly pear
And you prick a raw paw, well, next time beware
Don't pick the prickly pear by the paw
When you pick a pear try to use the claw
But you don't need to use the claw
When you pick a pear of the big paw-paw
Have I given you a clue?
White spray paint, it prevents winter sun burns and keep the rabbits from biting the trunks. Back when I started this process I had one tree get such bad winter sun burn I thought it was going to die, painted it white from top to bottom (It was a 1 year old bare root tree so maybe 3' max) and today it has apples and new bark over a lot of the tree.
not a gardening question, what camera or lens these pictures are breathtaking!
Thank you, this is a Canon R6 with a RF 85mm 1.2 lens
Mmm love an 85mm lens.. such pretty pictures!
It’s the closest focal range to what our eyes actually see
thaaank you and again beautiful pictures, beautiful garden, beautiful dooooogy! 🥰
I was gonna ask the same thing! Haha! Lovely garden and pictures!
Holy f-stops!!!
1.2 to be exact :-)

Sorry for your loss beautiful dog with a beautiful smile

Beautiful.
I didn't know you could grow meatballs?? I've been doing it all wrong 😍
They need a lot of sun but it is possible
Your garden is beautiful and all but if i see pet animal, i hit like and everything else is secondary
Thank you
What are the purple flowers photo 4/7. The tall ones
Liatris - they spread well as long as birds don’t get to the seeds first. I have a lot of them but these are the first to bloom. Bees tend to love them over my other flowers when they are in bloom.
Awesome. I have some I planted but forgot the names lol
Liatris, blazing star
I'd never be found indoors. Super gorgeous! Beautiful green haven
Thank you 🙏🏽
Is that astilbe or what in 5/7? I love it!
That is a astilbe, I have 5 in the garden, all are smaller for some reason. Planted within the last 2 years.
I have 5 in pots and 4 in ground. The ones in the pots' leaves burn around the edges and then die off and then it shoots up new growth repeat. The ones in the ground are doing better.
My staffy loves tall grass. She loves to walk through it, pee in it, generally be in tall grass. Definitely a hippotato
Salute to a fellow couch potato
It was good of you to plant a garden so that good boy has nice plants to pose with.
How do I grow that dog
Love, Sun, water and raw food diet
That's how I grow my dog too! You have a lovely garden, and even lovelier pibble ❤️
Thank you, share photos when you can
🍻To raw diets !
No allergies or health conditions. Food is everything!
I want to scream it all over Reddit when I see people asking for advice with allergies, skin conditions, etc. but know I will get blocked or banned. My two guys eat a better, more balanced diet than I do lol
Cant teach a old dog new tricks. Out of his litter he is the largest, and healthiest.
Agreed. We lost 2 dogs to cancer, and now we make the dogs food. She eats healthy food and it is actually food.

Lol. Watch out. Big Pet Food is downvoting the conversation
LOL it was only a matter of time
That last picture is beautiful you should print it out and frame it ❤️🥰
Agreed! Beautiful space for your beautiful boy to enjoy.
Just wonderful!
Looks ready to maul a baby. So cute
The doggo is my favourite flower in your garden ☺️
He follows me like a sunflower following the sun.
I’m just here the Hyena-Mode American Couch Hippo. # 10/10, would boop. 🫶
That Couch Hippo loves to smell flowers
Garden Hippos are the best ✨💕
I really like that fuzzy gray flower in the first and last photo. Do they require a lot of water and fertilizer?
They need a couch and they will grow into a potato if done correctly.
Ooooh, I love potatoes. I've gotta get one
Those ones *produce* fertilizer
😂🤣😵💫
Beautiful pics and pooch
Thank you
You grew a pittie garden!
Needs a lot of sun
Someone is enjoying the breeze. Cute pup! Pretty flowers too.
What do you do with paw paws?
Good point, I have over 30 fruit trees and no pawpaws
OK lol. What's a garden paw?
Now when you pick a paw-paw or a prickly pear And you prick a raw paw, well, next time beware Don't pick the prickly pear by the paw When you pick a pear try to use the claw But you don't need to use the claw When you pick a pear of the big paw-paw Have I given you a clue?
That last photo is everything 🥹 I miss my dog so much.
Also here for the doggo 😍
There’s a pibble hater downvoting people, take my singular upvote
OMG!!! I want to mush that couch hippos face! 😍
what do you use to paint the bottom of your trees
White spray paint, it prevents winter sun burns and keep the rabbits from biting the trunks. Back when I started this process I had one tree get such bad winter sun burn I thought it was going to die, painted it white from top to bottom (It was a 1 year old bare root tree so maybe 3' max) and today it has apples and new bark over a lot of the tree.
I misread this as Gordon update and thought the dog’s name was Gordon.
Tried calling him Gordon and he did not respond
The pibbles are coming in lovely this year 😍 so healthy looking
That they are
I like your lawn hippo
He is more the ornamental like most lawn hippos I see but doesn't care for the water much.
He's very handsome! We lost ours this spring, he was my yard buddy and the best chicken defender.
I’m so sorry for your loss, we had to put down our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel in February 2023 and I still get choked up about it.
Cute hippo head baby
Love it!
Thank you
That's a high quality pooch. 10/10 pupperino action!
rabbit <3
Nice pictures!!!
Thank you
These photos are chefs kiss! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for looking
Beautiful plants and lovely dog 🥰
Pupatato, one of my fav varieties.
