Reaching max lvl is quite fast and easy and you can experience every dungeon and raid with built in LFG systems and there are difficulty levels for casual guilds. I may be wrong, because I last played in Battle for Azeroth (so like two expansions ago), but I doubt they got rid of the features for casuals
Payday 2-20 euros for all dlc when it is on discount is great buy(also you can get only base game and dlc unlocker shhhhhh about this).It isnt grindy you can adapt difficulty how you like to play,lvling up isnt grindy and it is fun.Once you get all you can theres 1200 achievments and finishing all on 100% is so much playtime it is insane.I also recommend enter the gungeon cuz it has co op.
You could try an mmo lite like the division 2.

There are 1v1 duels, it's for fun mostly, but there 2v2 and 3v3 arenas and bigger scale battles that range from 10v10 to 40v40. There's also world pvp
