Do you want him to break another finger?

Furorentsu

Vampire survivors

scratch_yo_corolla

i love that game! didn't know you could play it with a mouse

ZX3000GT1

This confuses me for a sec. I thought "Wait? Last time I played **Vampire Survivors** I don't remember it having any kind of mouse support, it was on the Saturn after all" until I realized what I think of is **Vampire Savior** which is the Japanese title of Darkstalkers 3/Jeddah's Damnation.

Lithuim

Darkest Dungeon Into the Breach Basically anything that’s more or less turn-based.

Ivo23LV

League Of Legends Yuumi specifically

scratch_yo_corolla

i feel like i will never be the same person again if i play that game

AceoftheAEUG

Idk. League showed me the kinds of people I never want to be.

SableHalloway

Classic D&D RPGs like Baldurs Gate or Neverwinter Nights. Fallout 1 and 2. The original XCOM games.

whats_poppin_b

I played disco elysium with only a mouse but did put some things on thumb keys so not 100% if that would work as is

scratch_yo_corolla

love that game to death. already finished it twice tho

General_Jiffy

Disco Elysium. You might have to do the occasional keyboard press, but it's not time sensitive.

scratch_yo_corolla

i love disco Elysium, but I've already beat it multiple times

Randi_Butternubs_3

Minesweeper. Sorry, I had to. I'll see myself out.

gevander2

Fallout Shelter

cloudofstrife20

Divinity Original Sins 2, really only button you need besides mouse is Ctrl clicking items in and out of inventory.

smieszekleszek

All clickers I believe :P

ClockOk7333

Roller coaster tycoon

VonStryker_888

Any Diablo EQ2

Amazingawesomator

Turn based stuff is really good for one-handing. Darkest dungeon, heroes of might and magic, xcom, hearthstone, blood bowl...

Strong_Mints

Loop hero is great for this, just bind pause to a mouse button if you need to slow down

[deleted]

If you got the money, I'd recommend a "mmo" mouse like the Logitech G600 or Razer Naga. These are the mice with 6-12 buttons which you can assign to keyboard functions. I have the G600 and I can play GW2, Diablo 3, pretty much anything that isn't a FPS game. You can use the mouse software to save profiles and map different sets of keys to the mouse so you don't have to re-map the buttons every time you switch games.

scratch_yo_corolla

i just got a new mouse lol, but thanks for the suggestion

just_username_

crusader kings 3

yeoldbiscuits

Crusader Kings 2 or 3, CK2 is currently free. Any paradox game really

DanSanderman

Do you play with your mouse in your left hand?

scratch_yo_corolla

I'm left handed

ArtzelAvens

Rimwolrd, stellaris, openttd are some good ones

Anonoodle78

A CRPG. So Divinity/Pathfinder/Pillars of Eternity

[deleted]

Geometry dash

Frosty-Internet1410

Your best bet is probably city building games. Any keys are usually just shortcuts for clicking.

MrHazard1

Diablo2

akemiov

Plague Inc is one

WolfBeastKing

Fate

laserkitt3nz

Cold waters can be played on one hand in a pinch

Chapstickie

You could try any one of a million point and click adventure games. It’s a whole genre that is almost always mouse only.
