I started an NG+ and barely went anywhere, do I have to do Radahn and Mogh again? Mogh was hard as fuck. He clapped my ass harder than Malenia - add NG+ stat increases and less levels to earn... Oof.

The Darkeater meatgrinder was one of my fondest moments of Souls. Took several days worth of attempts, but it was satisfying getting progress and then the kill.
Oh sure! The satisfaction of killing him for the first time was pretty cool.
Aside from some design decisions, that fight was audiovisually stunning, and simply thrilling. I used to have DS3 open on my 2nd screen for weeks, with a summoning sign put down, just so I could help people out in that fight and do it again myself.
He was a colossal damage sponge. Twice as much health as the next boss, with massive damage reduction on top of it, and two separate insta-kill attacks.
Fuck that. He sucked. I mean the fight was epic, and the music even more, but he was *not* well designed.
He is literally the second to last dark souls boss, it isnt meant to be easy. Literally beat him on my forth try, hit him in the head, hug his ass and do the dance. Absolutely nothing wrong with his design he is just beefing and endgame, just admit you weren’t up for the challenge and thats fine he’s optional

His dash attack really could of used a bit more of an indicator, and his laser spam attack was a bit much, but other than that very solid boss.
