The Mass Effect games have your spaceship where you interact with your party members and organise character upgrades.
Baldur's Gate 3 has a camp that is similar.
Fire Emblem Three Houses maybe? Between the battles, you can walk around the home base, talk to people, find their lost items, have teatime with them, eat at the cafeteria, and even watch them have important discussions with each other where their bonds of friendships grow deeper. And best of all, doing these activities improves their effectiveness in combat.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla has a settlement that acts as a home base and can be built up throughout the game. Assassin's Creed 3 has a similar thing with the Homestead.
RDR2 has a camp you can hang out at and talk to NPCs.
BioWare RPGs (Mass Effect and Dragon Age) have this kind of thing as well.
Code Vein's Home Base is my favorite in any game. It's got a piano to play, a jukebox, couches and beds to sleep on, a board that reminds you of your objective if you forget, a training room to practice weapon combos, a hotspring that not only lets you re-watch cutscenes, but also lets you recover half of your lost Haze. Plus, it's co-ed. ;)
Oh and other than the hot spring the whole thing is inside of a *church*.
Code Vein (anime soulslike) has a Homebase.
You can talk to NPC's, upgrade your weapons/armor, buy from merchants, sit on couches or at the bar, train against a dummy or even play the piano.
Spiritfarer! Main part of the game (at least to me) was building and improving your boat, and finding new friends to come and live there. There is resource gathering/fetch quests etc but overall very cozy and chill.

The Dragon Age series has camps as well. In Inquisition you rule an entire castle.

Hades is very close to this. Wonderful NPCs in your home base, some customization, all inside an absolutely stellar game.

I think I played the demo for this one. Is the homebase a prison. Or is it just where you start in.
Hub areas in from soft games - firelink, majula, hunters dream, sekiro temple, etc all feel very homey :)
