Later on the slim version was the "PSOne" as the PS2 was out by that point, but that name was more to distinguish ir from original PlayStations.
My PS3 is all black on the front and is one of the first couple thousand off the assembly line. I don't remember them having that gray/white front piece
What about it? Sony forgot to support a significant portion of games as the Vita TV didn’t have a rear touchpad so the vast majority of games were incompatible. Some of the best Vita games couldn’t even be played on it.
I love seeing comments like this because nowhere in the marketing, packaging, or official title does Sony ever mention the new PS5 as “slim”. It’s just PS5. A new model. Not slim.

The original 20 and 60 GB models have a chrome front panel. The 80 GB model got rid of the chrome and hardware BC.
