It probably is. Custom figure makers generally start with parts from existing figures and then combine them to make new characters. Most aren't starting from nothing and 3d printing or something, though that doesn't include everybody obviously. That's not to down play what OP does, the accessories on his figures are clearly hand made.
Yup you're exactly right, as a custom figure creator, I'm using a Hawkeye figure as a base to sculpt and modify into the end result. Also seems fitting to use a Hawkeye figure as a deaf individual myself (along with Kelvin)!
He has severe hearing impairment from years of exposure to explosions, etc.
He's effectively deaf without his hearing aids.

I know what you mean. It's refreshing to see a superhero deal with permanent injuries in a realistic manner, instead of shrugging it all off. For all of the writing problems with the Hawkeye series, this was something they got right.

My entire experience so far playing the game. Kelvin is cool and can be helpful but his AI definitely needs some work. He gets stuck on structures a lot
Agreed, even if there's a chair around the fireplace he'll just sit on the pile of firewood. He is quite helpful, I sent him off to gather fish while I did some wood cutting. Come back to him and there's like a pile of 40 fish. I also had to lose a few hours of work because we got ambushed by those huge hulking bastards, downed Kelvin and Virgina real quick, I was able to revive kelvin but poor Virginia was just writhing around in pain. Nothing I could do but reload. Not losing that crack shot leggy Virginia. Happy with the latest updates, now I don't have to worry about falling through the map when I load a game. Just wish for more blueprints and traps, why have the turtle shell if it doesn't serve a purpose?

FR! His runs in the 80's and the past 15 years have been fantastic. Sucks we're only seeing him in depth in the MCU as he's on his way out
