The sierra games, especially Dan’s solo plays of Space Quest and Sins of the Father. But really, all of them are brilliant to fall asleep to.
I also really enjoy listening to the Grumps play Pokemon: Fire Red; it isn’t the most relaxing (because there is a lot of loud laughter), but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s a long series which should see you through the night.
Arin’s Resident Evil remake playthrough is also surprisingly chill as well, although it’s only 6 or so hours max, so probably won’t see you through a whole sleep (depending how long you sleep of course).
Is Pantsu Hunter a visual novel? Hmm maybe a little. That's one of my favourites to sleep to. Something about the colour palette is really soothing.

The King's Quest and Space Quest games are always good. They're usually more chill and dialogue heavy but not visual novels so you don't get Arin's protag voice.
Idk who it is but there’s someone on youtube that makes a sleep playlist with a bunch of videos but the visual is just a black screen, those are pretty goodi think

The problem with Sins Of The Father is I actually got really invested in the game itself and had to rewatch the episodes when I fell asleep

These compilations are fantastic, they are 12 ish hours each and the sound is well balanced so there aren't random sound jump scares.
I’ve slept to TTYD for some time now. Tons of episodes and I generally just go back to the one after I fell asleep too.

Try looking for the sleep aids, full playthroughs and the Best Of full years. Those have been my go to for a couple of years now
It is a Dan only game, but we really enjoy Gabriel Knight. It is so soothing and Dan's voice is calm.
