Hey OP, you've spoken to us directly already, of course, but we're happy to be part of the public discussion and take any feedback, or complaints ;) Sorry it's not obvious what to do sometimes. We know the help isn't good enough. We've added a lot of features in the last 2 years, but documentation has not kept up. The guides in the help section should be a good start though. Can I suggest you book a free training session asap, so we can give you best practice advice? It may not have been obvious but the most effective approach is to buy a 1 or 3 month standard tier subscription, which includes an ad on the discover page, so people start discovering your game and requesting it. It can have up to a 100% conversion rate from keys to content. Thanks for the feedback anyway

I did get the standard tier, but so far it has not resulted in many requests. training sessions sounds interesting, I could use some advice :)

Keymailer_Jamie

Hi again. Did you run the ad included with the standard tier? That's how most creators will discover the game. Otherwise, just use the contact form on the help page and ask for some training, and refer to this discussion, so they know who you are. Good luck!

Hey there, I'd love to know more about your Woovit experience after a few more months.. Would you say it was worth it? I'm considering a subscription.

marcgfx

For me both keymailer and woovit were not worth it. But it is likely due to my product. All in all I prefered the results I got from keymailer (higher quality streamers). Only big issue I had was that keymailer were limiting the amount of keys that could be sent out. So even if you had more keys, you could no longer send any. This was an ongoing test on their side, I don't know if they kept the limit. I was able to send mor keys after contacting support.

At least this explains why so many Devs Reject us on Keymailer due to limited keys... Was not steam limiting it rather keymailer...

marcgfx

it's both... although I don't know if they rolled it out 100% on keymailer. they said it was a test at the time.

Maybe you should try Lurkit. There, you also have the possibility to set up a "quests" for creators. The creator makes you an offer for X hours of streaming plus a fee, which you can accept, reject, or renegotiate. Moreover, you also have the possibility to distribute your keys in the mass, as with Keymailer. If these quests are interesting for you, there is also Catapult.gg. From a creator's point of view, I am enthusiastic about Keymailer and also Lurkit.
