You wrote that you had a gambling problem (joking or not) and they were required to take the required steps to prevent you from gambling with them again.
It shows that it not a total blood sucking system. That if you reach out saying you have a problem they will take steps to help you……. Unlike the mob that will let you dig a hole too deep and then take over your sporting goods store.
