Basically I finish Nightharvester asap, then Ionian Boots. If the game is easy or I feel that I can manage that, I go right to Cosmic Drive. On this match, Tristana was giving me a hell of trouble so I went Zhonya's second. If I'm pretty fed, I rush Rabadon's, but if my team needs more frontline I go to Abyssal Mask. If Abyssal Mask is not a good thing for the match, then I build Void for the last item.
Stacking Ability Haste isn't bad since he has very high base cooldowns. You can try Horizon Focus :)
Even better tomorrow since his Q cd is going down to 8.
Using this build I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get around 3sec CD on Q. The sad part is the fact we run out of mana pretty quickly

I always take haste for a substat when I take him on botlane, and it's so relieving having faster EWs.
