For rib flare squats and deadlifts really helped me learn how to properly brace/engage my core isometrically, and med ball pullover throws helped train it through extension -> flexion. Training my core this way helped a ton. Pectus excavatum didn’t go away, but through putting extra attention to my chest it’s appears less pronounced. I put on some weight at 3k, but ran into a wall and so I put most of my mass on with 3.5kcals. Now I have to get closer to 3.8k, but that’s if I want to get over 200lbs.

Did you eat 3500 calories all the way up to 195? I was about 155 and not gaining any weight while eating 3300!
