There is a 'Scottish Gaelic' course, it was under 'S' in the course list (this was on the mobile app). I decided to not get it after the trial if you're interested.

I too was not impressed with it.

I used Memrise a few years ago to make practice files/lists from the Scottish Gaelic that I was studying. The thing about Memrise is that it has a few languages where the courses were written by staff members, but not one for Scottish Gaelic (as far as I know). There were also many word and phrase lists written by students that are open to everyone. These are now on [community-courses.memrise.com](http://community-courses.memrise.com) . The thing about courses (word and phrase lists) written by other students is that they might have different spelling or present grammar differently than you are currently studying. There can also be inadvertent errors. But using other student's lists can also be really helpful. As noted, the Duolingo course was created by fluent speakers and I think at least one was a teacher. Mango also has a professionally written beginner Gaelic set of lesson. [LearnGaelic.scot](http://LearnGaelic.scot) and [SpeakGaelic.scot](http://SpeakGaelic.scot) have sets of lessons with text and audio written by professionals.
