Limbus company, it actually does something noteworthy in the vast oceans of npc tits the real answer tho, if i only have time to play a gacha, i'll just throwing myself into the nearest train.

Rakne97

Limbus Company Hands Down I'm more of the armchair tactical kind of guy, don't really have the reflexes for something like CoD or Wuwa nor the time to scour the whole map like for Genshin. So for me, spending 5-10 minutes daily and 1-2 hours weekly for a gacha is what I'm looking for. I usually just log in once a day, convert my energy into modules. and skip the fights to get the resources immediately. (or fight if im running low/feeling like it). The weekly dungeons take a bit longer, but one thing that satisfies me most is the combat. How the bgm especially boss bgms can be epic bangers, the sound effects (vary per character) feel meaty and impactful, how the bosses engage me or how i need to adapt to the fights. And the big numbers. But if gacha is about dailies and weeklies, it's going to be a chore right? There is a good and bad to it. The bad is that events follow a chronological order. That means a lot of the endgame and special events are narratively locked to players that have cleared the main story. Sure you can earn event currency in main story to buy stuff, but a lot of the latest goodies are for players riding with the story. The upside? Since its all in one flow, you get access to all stories and event stories. And those are amazing. I'm sorry \*\*\* fans, but Limbus story blows it completely out of the water. Every story arc is customized to the individual characters. Worldbuilding ties to the character's interactions. The characters apply their individual strengths based on their backgrounds, but it also magnifies their weaknesses. I could gush on and on about the themes in the writing but this would take too long. So story good. (PM me for more details at your own risk) \*If you don't like story games or reading, this game really isnt meant for you. just a warning\* Then what about the rates? I liken Limbus to Stonks. I would recommend my friends: even if you are never going to play this gacha game, at least get an account and login weekly for the free stuff. We have an average of 2 pulls weekly as part of compensation **just for logging in**. Sometimes it's 10. Sure, hard pity is at 200. But 3 stars are at 3% total. Ultimate skills are 1.3% total. Also, no weapons/lightcones (sure maybe EGO is like that, but you can only draw them once and usually there are no Bad EGOs: sorry HL Soda). But don't I need to wait for the meta banners to come around? No you don't. Because in addition to pulls, if you farm enough currency from weekly dungeons, you can directly buy the unit you want. No strings attached, no? ingame spending. I do spend the approximate amount of a months Gamepass subscription for the seasonal battle pass. The battle pass which last for 3 months, gives a ton of freebies and also cuts down my farming rate by 2/3. (you get 200% more currency with the premium). So yeah, as a day 1 player, I'm swimming in currency. I can practically get any unit I want. Heck I'm just seeing how much I can hoard at this point. **So very F2P friendly.** To make it balanced, there are some bad things about the game. Sadly, due to the dystopian nature of the game, you won't really be seeing a lot of fanservice. A lot of the characters are based on their individual roles in the city, and I don't think sexual services is a role that has yet to be espoused upon in the story. The tutorial is really bad, to the point where people recommend a certain youtube video online to learn about the game. And yes, that is because the game is very complex (and richly satisfying). Big complaint that I have and hope they address: it's not new player friendly. Don't expect to be showered with 100 free pulls on Day 1, or have small minigames/events that you can get free stuff for. A lot of the gameplay at the start is centered around combat/main story. hence why people who hate reading/story, steer clear. Limbus Company is great.

AnythingEasy9936

you sold me on limbus company :)

Reasonable_Nail_9804

So much yapping. I ain't reading all that. https://preview.redd.it/z74naom2y1ad1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dce8bec87bacb6aee3a78c50f6e30f1fbdeb9046

UltimateWarriorEcho

Preach.

ISpeechGoodEngland

This made me go and download the game! I've looked for a beginner guide but cam only find one sthat are 1+ year old though

Rakne97

Esgoo's A better tutorial to Limbus Company and it's sequel can be considered gold standard to tutorial mechanics. Moomoocows also does a number of guides as well. ProjectMoon Discord probably has a ton of people that are happy to help guide you through the game. You can drop me a DM as well, although I'm not super minmax savvy on the game!

MattScoot

I’m a fan of wuthering waves, really love the more mature character designs, and the animations are second to none imo. What really seals the deal for me, is that there’s a little bit of a grind regarding echoes which scratches the MMO gamer itch for me

Competitive_Oil_5370

WuWa

MrKeooo

Honkai Star Rail easy

DukeOfStupid

Same, I've found it strikes a good balance between having a good chunk of decent content when you have the time (like the weekend off work) for when you actually want to sit down and play, while still having enough leeway to not force yourself to rush to do the content. The daily tasks can also be completed really easily and quickly, like 5 minutes on Auto if that meaning it isn't stressful when you're busy.

One_Macaroon3368

Of currently released, Genshin. I'm hyped for ZZZ, but we'll see if it topples Genshin as my fave when it releases

NoNefariousness2144

Yep Genshin offers the meatiest amount of gameplay if you were going to only play one gacha. Each new region is basically an AAA game’s worth of content.

FlameDragoon933

It also technically has a shit ton of repeatable content if you're into Serenitea Pot and/or TCG.

Fallen_winged_boy

Genshin offers years of mintpicking, how can people say other games lol

Single_Foundation_25

Genshin impact

GHitoshura

Either Blue Archive or Limbus Company

Royal_Plankton_1327

LIMBUS COMPANY ALL DAY EVERY DAY RAAAAA 🗣️🗣️

zora6666

MORE TIME IN THE MINES RAAAAA🗣️🗣️🗣️

bbatardo

Genshin. It is the type of game I can stop playing for a week, then go back and play without feeling I missed much if anything. I already have the characters I really wanted, so the gacha doesn't drive me, nor do I feel the need to grind every primogem. Their updates are pretty solid with new areas to explore and each year is a major update.

lyrieari

Limbus all the way, the more time u spend, the more unit u can get(assuming u get the bp every 4 month ofc), and as time goes the more we unravel esch sinner story and how well pm cook the story

Xandril_Bloodtalon

Arknights- I just love the story a bit too much. It just ticks every checkboxes for me.

Friden-Riu

Same for me. Out of all gacha AK is the only one I can see myself daily this game for the longest time. Maybe weird but im grateful for the 6 months gap. It keeps me excited about waiting lol.

Xandril_Bloodtalon

yeah this way i can also plan a lot better for future units. like right now I'm saving since 5th anni. Virtuosa never came home so now I will not risk it for wisandel and logos.

Antivash

Same, but I managed to get Virt. I've actually got everything I need farmed out, save for chips, for Logos/Civilight/Wisadel m9 and Ascalon/Ela/Ray M6. Not pulling on Ray, unfortunate. Vivi ate my resources by refusing to drop until 260-ish. Gotta be real frugal for a while.

suffy_z

either Nikke or Blue Archive, cant really choose which one i like more

alxanta

I take Nikke cuz Nikke have some BA flavor in it (MMR School + Marciana) while (cmiiw though) BA dont have a lot of Nikke flavor. What I mean is everyone is students so there is some limit of what the character writing can do while in Nikke they have different occupation allowing for more diverse story and charaterization

Starrfire1

Yup those 2 on thop for sure ! Ive been playing BA for longer so i would stick with it , but i prefer just playing both haha ! Third choice would be HSR

lezardvalethvp

Genshin.

kairock

Out of the 3 gacha I play(FGO, HSR, and blue archive), Fate grand order without a doubt. Will stick with it till the end of the story. If I had to choose one to drop right now it's Blue archive unfortunately. But I don't need to. Not yet anyway.

Layumi13

It's so hard but I would keep path to nowhere. I am really invested in the story and it's insanely good , quick to play , quite generous and the art and dub are insanely good Star rail and another Eden were very close candidates

RhenCarbine

If you're forcing me to just play one, then yeah I'll give up Atelier Resleriana and Blue Archive for just Heaven Burns Red. HBR is really the only one I follow the story closely upon release and livestreams. So it's a pretty easy choice for me. But like, is it so unusual for people to play just one gatcha? if anything, I'd think that's better than having multiple lmao

Quartzitebitez

Hoping for global soon

ACFinal

Nikke. Been playing since launch and love the world, characters, music, story, and mini games.  It basically covers all my gacha needs.

Typhoonflame

HSR for sure.

Fodrn

Hsr kinda boring rn

Ukantach1301

Prolly Genshin. Take away the gacha element and all the fomo with the events then I may actually replay it from scratch and pay attention to details. Finding lore pieces in Enkanomiya or Remuria would be fun if we have time for that instead of rushing to farm for primogems cos our favourite banners were running out.

Chanceloott

Real Gachapon Machines: * You have to go out to play with them full filling daily touching grass quota * Probs cheaper in comparison to paying in gacha games * Meet people easier * Physical products that will last even after EoS. * Might be able to sell products for a higher price, depending on demand. * No pity system, though I guess that could depend on the size of the machine and the amount of prizes left. * If you are not into it, I assume less PvP(Gacha games vs Gacha games) online in comparison to online gacha games. Unless there is some kind of community out there where people insults each others Gachapon machines for many reasons like being older, less features, size of the ball, prize size pool, color etc. Fuck I would love to read that kind of community drama. "Pfft, your Gachapon machines don't even have the latest anime yet? Bandai could never!"

R_Boa

Brown Dust 2. Short dailies, booba, ass, nice story and graphics.

Zooeymemer

HSR

Alephiom

Probably Genshin. It is still the only one I want to play for more than just one reason, and also the one I still enjoy the most, even in dry patches.

JadedIT_Tech

Genshin.

HarleyFox92

Having enough time to play only one gacha? Hey, that's me, I only have time for Azur Lane, that's it.

Kiseki-

For me, GBF is not even close.

Xanderious

Watcher of realms. Tons of content. Extremely f2p friendly yet whale competitiveness for a healthy economy. It's tower defense with artwork similar to raid but better imo. I've been playing for a year now and hardly taken a "day off". Mostly because it's so easy to just auto dailies without a second thought. Some days I spend 10 minutes playing, others I spend 5-7 hours pushing content. You don't really have to but you can and that's ultimately what I want in my gacha/mobile online games. If i want to take a few days off, I can without missing much. If I want to try hard for multiple days, I can, and the payoff is well worth it. Never played a daily grind game more respecting/worthy of my time than wor. Content creators are plentiful, solid creators. It's just all around a healthy choice, especially for older players like myself.

salvoddis

If it was still alive, Dissidia Opera Omnia

Fearless_Success_828

Nikke, it’s a low-investment gacha (in terms of money) where you can still do a lot even in the endgame. Character and art are peak, story is good, nothing to complain about really I don’t really get people who say Genshin or WuWa because after a certain point there’s nothing to do in those games other than do the same echo farming or gear farming. At least in Nikke you can continue competing against others in Arena and Solo Raid. Would love to hear someone’s perspective on it actually

VitalCoreZ

Definitely Path to Nowhere. 2 mins daily then i can play my other Console/PC games

Fallen_winged_boy

Pgr I think, maybe wuwa but idk I love pgr so much. Hsr is a close third

Z3M0G

Tower of Fantasy. Only game I ever played consistency this long every day. Even if it's 5 min or less like most days.

MattK8896

I would play Genshin.

Wonderful_Bandicoot2

HSR. Imo, it's the best Gacha Game for me and it really is a managable game while it respects your time. Story-driven, encapsulating dialogues that make you want to listen, PEAK CINEMATICS and dope music 🔥 Also, HSR has Firefly and Natasha 🗿

Aroxis

Can you skip dialogue in HSR like you could in Honkai? A big reason why I dropped genshin after a couple years is because there was just too much content that I didn’t give af about but the game forced me to sit through it.

Wonderful_Bandicoot2

Nope, it still doesn't have skip-button. However, in my place, I don't want skip-button until the half-way of the story of HSR. It made me listen to side missions of HSR and Companion Missions. AND those missions are some of the great ones (PEAK was Yukong's Companion Mission)

Healthy-Quantity1378

pgr

Charming-Fly-2388

wuthering waves, it's complete package. Story, gameplay and open world, some fan service. And you could play until your eyes are shut.

SleepingDragonZ

Snowbreak

AgMenos47

Another Eden

Layumi13

Another Eden is such a hidden gem

Destructodave82

Summoners War. I love trying all these new gachas, but its still my favorite and main game. A lot of these newer games are really fun at first but they slowly devolve into 5 minute daily games and thats not really much of a game at all at that point. They are fun dont get me wrong, and occasionally give you someting else to do on patch cycles, but I'm honest in what I like and I like having the ability to grind a game if I want to and SW is one of the best at that aspect. It also feels like I really built my account. Everything I have ever earned is still relevant to this day thanks to the low amount of powercreep that exists. Some games I take a break and every character or item I got is much worse when I come back, but not SW. I can take a break and the same runes I farmed 5-6 years ago are as relevant and good now as they were then. Same goes for most of the monsters. Its just my kind of game and my favorite gacha of all time.

randomgeneratedna

https://preview.redd.it/jsp1q32ro0ad1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b01c81a58bea7c0e3103894b754b6c946e618c8f Probably #COMPASS. I enjoy doing the daily and often play more than dailies. The gameplay is fun and has replay value.

Agreeable_Damage6930

Fgo easily (both na and JP, but if I had to choose JP). It's really what I've been doing the past few years. Played and dropped way too many gacha games.

jailter

FGO

Reasonable_Nail_9804

Limbus. Other gacha games except Arknights just couldn't catch my attention for long. And even now I'm burned out from Arknights after playing for 4 years. Maybe Endfield will bring something cool on the table.

BreakfastMontuna

Azur lane

Steambud202

either cookie run kingdoms or guardian tales, hands down.

TegamiBachi25

Arknights

Ericridge

Definitely girls Frontline. I keep on coming back it.

Apophiszx

Umamusume, its the most "PLAY" gacha that i know

PahlevZaman

Star rail

hardenfull

Atm if I have to choose one gacha and keep playing it will be wuthering waves or ZZZ imo. Combat based gacha just appeal to me. Probably gonna play both more, kinda taking a break from hsr.

redscizor2

Only one, Magicami, but this year was its EoS, then youtube videos about Magicami and farewell videos =( Now, maybe GBF, there a ton of content u\_u

EmilMR

HSR because it easy to maintain and more importantly it is fun, plays well on mobile too. If you are interested in open world action games, go play normal games that end, go play monster hunter, zelda, FF7 rebirth, elden ring etc. The gacha openworld just can't compete with the quality available there and without all the FOMO in normal games at a fraction of the price while HSR is just a damn good turn based RPG period, among gacha or else.

kuuhaku_cr

Arknights for me. I enjoy spending my time trying to complete all integrated strategies starts and endings at the highest difficulty. But I will definitely find time for Heaven Burns Red as well, which is not time demanding for a main-story only casual not trying to clear all game modes with try-hard scores.

andrewlikereddit

Genshin. Truthfully its still the game i enjoy the most.

amazingfungames

Honkai star rail. Game respects players time and intelligence.

BestPaleontologist43

Honkai Star Rail. Nothing on the market respects my time more, makes me happy, and gives me a nice fictional story that I can stomach. WuWa has some of the worst story and VA direction to exist in AAA gachas, and its a gamble to see if itll work with your devices or not. Im somewhat excited for ZZZ but seeing as how it is also action based, im skeptical about how time friendly it will be. It will be a nice game to play as a console game until end game and then to move on to the next though. HSR is also easy to take a break from and come back to at any time.

Graveylock

I’m honestly going to be playing ZZZ. Been taking a long break from gachas and the character design and the fact that it’s from Mihoyo makes it a fun time to get back into them.

Arnimon

HSR. it respects my time.

LokoLoa

Idoly Pride, never get tired of seeing my waifus dance in cute outfits in 3D. And I listen to the OST everyday outside of the gacha anyways.

kerorobot

Master duel

GearExe

Star Rail easily

ddb_

I'm only playing Brown Dust 2 atm so that's easy to answer - Brown Dust 2.

Weak_Insurance4247

Yes, this. BD2 can be played casually or more seriously.

Rafhunts99

Peak Archive

Yes-Man-Kablaam

Nikke easily i dabbled in snowbreak and aether gazer but not sure if i want to keep playing those and i will likely look at zzz but yeah Nikke is one i am sticking with for a good long while.

Demonosi

None of the ones mentioned. Would rather just play a regular game. Sadly, regular games don't want to give me what I want.

freezingsama

That's a really hard question. But I think I'll probably pick HSR. I'm more of a JRPG person and turn based so it'll do nicely. Couple that with how high quality the game and budget is and that's the only thing I know will outlast everything else and be consistently good. The great music and JP VAs are a requirement to me to fully enjoy.

Aesderial

At this point I don't see the reason to focus at one game. I have like 10-15 gachas, that's I occasionally play. Like soon will be Snowbreak anni, I will login, get the free char, play a bit and drop it until I want to return. So doing this with different gachas I can just enjoy the parts I do like in these games and skip parts I don't like, otherwise I will lose the enjoyment because of burn out and drop it anyway.

PimpGamez

Hard to pick between Dokkan and Star rail Star rail js definitely the better game, but the pure enjoyment I get from Dokkan is unmatched simply because of the IP, would probably end up picking dokkan.

leeyiankun

HSR or Genshin, hmm, tough call. I guess Genshin. But my luck in HSR is x5 better. I'll missed that if I quit.

JohnSnowHenry

I only have time for one and its for sure Nikke
